Android: How do I transfer my travel guides to an external memory card?

Follow

It’s possible to transfer the data from your travel guides to the SD card from your Android device. To do so, open the side navigation of the App, open “Settings” and then go to “Storage.” Here you’ll find 3 different options for what storage medium you’d like to use:

  1. If you don’t have an external memory card connected, you can’t save your data there. So data will stay in your internal memory. (Image 1)
  2. You’re using a memory card that’s recognized by your Android system. This means you’ll see two internal memory options and one external memory option (with the memory card symbol). Select the memory card (usually the last option), to transfer your data there immediately. (Image 2)
  3. Your external memory card is allocated to internal memory (possible from Android 6.0). This means you’ll only see two internal memory options. You can tell which is which by the amount of memory (the memory card is usually the second option). Select this storage option to store data there in the future. (Image 3)
