After registering, I have received no confirmation email? What can I do?


If you didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, start by checking your spam folder. If you still can't find the e-mail, login again to have a new e-mail sent to you. To do this, complete the following:

  1. Click on "Sign in" in the sidebar of the app.
  2. Click on "Sign in."
  3. Click on "Reset it."
  4. Re-enter your email address.
  5. We'll send you the confirmation email again.
