If you didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, start by checking your spam folder. If you still can't find the e-mail, login again to have a new e-mail sent to you. To do this, complete the following:
- Click on "Sign in" in the sidebar of the app.
- Click on "Sign in."
- Click on "Reset it."
- Re-enter your email address.
- We'll send you the confirmation email again.
For Windows users
Check if the confirmation e-mail accidentally ended up in your spam folder. If you still can't find it, send us a message at email@example.com and include the e-mail address that you signed up with. We'll then re-send you the confirmation e-mail directly.
