I purchased tripwolf Unlimited as a gift, but I didn’t receive the email with the voucher.


If you had connectivity issues during confirmation, or if you didn’t receive the voucher for any other reason, just contact us via email and we’ll send you a new e-mail. If you sent the voucher to your own e-mail address, you can also trigger another e-mail through the app. Just open the app, tap on "Gift tripwolf Unlimited" and choose "Lost your voucher?" to do so.
